Assignment 15A – Figuring out buying behavior no. 2

For this assignment I interviewed three people, each of them had a different perspective about my opportunity they made me realized there are some things besides my idea that does not work on the RTS bus system.

In my first interview, Camila she had many ideas, for example, she said that during spring break the RTS hours are reduced, but this not only affects students who stay in town, it also affects residents of Gainesville who rely on the RTS bus system for their daily activities. She said this situation occurs in summer as well.

In the second interview, Steph insisted that ours should not only be extended after 6pm, but also before 8am, because sometimes it is hard for her to get to her classes on time because of this issue.

The last person I interviewed told me that he feels the need to improve the app of the RTS bus system, buses get lost, and times are often not accurate.

Since we are students and we already pay fro transportation on our tuition, I am offering an improve on the RTS system, so we as students and clients are more satisfied with the system and we are able to rely more on public transportation instead of spending more taking an uber or lyft when we are until late hours at the university.  I think many people in the university could find this opportunity useful.

These interviews made me realize there is much more to think of, we could improve this system so the need for transportation after 6pm and before 8am, which is something I realized on interview no 2.
